Lifelong Access serves individuals from birth to end of life and every age in between, including teenagers. Our High School Transition programs support young adults with disabilities throughout high school and as they transition from high school to the outside world.
High School Transition
Transition services aim to prepare each student for adult life based on their goals, interests, and abilities. We do this through our Transition Club, Spring Training on Adult Resources program, and School to Work Summer Program.
