The Marcfirst SPICE Program is seeking a Developmental Therapist to provide developmental therapy, screening, special instruction, linkage, advocacy, and support services to families/children who are developmentally delayed, at-risk for such, and/or diagnosed with a developmental disability, ages birth to 36 months of age. The Developmental Therapist is responsible for designing learning environments and activities that promote children’s development including cognitive processes and social interactions. The therapist provides families with information, linkage, referral, and coordination of services within SPICE and the community. The Developmental Therapist works closely with a trans-disciplinary team to implement treatment programs.
Qualified candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in Early Childhood, Special Education, or related field as required by DHS.
