Do you like working with people and making a difference? Join our team! As an On Site Supervisor, you can empower people with disabilities and support a team of staff. Marcfirst is seeking dynamic individuals for the position of On-Site Residential Supervisor at various locations throughout the Bloomington-Normal area. Duties include supervising a team that provides individualized support to people with developmental disabilities. This position is full time and benefit eligible. Paid management and leadership training is available. Required qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, a valid Illinois Driver's License with a driving record in good standing, current proof of automobile insurance, and a successful background check. Experience working with people with developmental disabilities is preferred.
