SPICE File Clerk

The Marcfirst SPICE Program is seeking a part-time File Clerk to perform administrative assistant duties as well as to collect pertinent data on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. The SPICE File Clerk is responsible for performing clerical support functions such as data entry, filing, faxing, and maintaining Notebook. The File Clerk will attend monthly SPICE team meetings, maintain electronic and paper files, maintain accurate lists, support auditing processes, and other duties as required.

Qualified candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED and knowledge of computers including word processing and spreadsheet upkeep. Previous experience in Early Intervention, social services, or medical record keeping is preferred. An Associate’s degree in Business Management is preferred. A successful background check is required.
