The Associate Director of Transition will support the transition of young adults from high school into adult services including vocational and residential services. The Associate Director of Transition will serve as the Marcfirst liaison to the local school systems. The Associate Director of Transition will follow Department of Human Services Rule 50 and DCFS mandated reporting guidelines. Documentation must be accurate, timely and complete.
A qualified candidate must have one year of supporting people with disabilities, a Bachelor’s degree in a human service field, the ability to be placed on the QIPD registry, and be available evenings and weekends.
Experience in a Transition program is preferred.
